I'm Belinda. Welcome to my website!

 My mission is to empower businesses to reach their full potential through expert consulting services. I believe that every organization can thrive with the right strategies and support in place. 

I enjoy helping business owners find solutions to their biggest people challenges. I delveoped a love for Industrial Organizational Psychology during my studies at  LSU, and went on to obtain my Masters In Human Resources at Houston Christian University. I have my Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification from HRCI.  

I've worked at small startup companies and fortune 500 corporations,  where I gained experience and best practices along the way.
